Delivery Information

We endeavour to ship items that are in-stock to you within 1 day from confirmation of payment. This will be shipped using first class post by royal mail. We expect most orders to arrive within 24 to 72 hours from your order is posted however as we use Royal 1st class post, there may on occasion, be a delay to this timescale. Orders placed before 14.00 Monday to Friday will be posted that day. Orders after this time will be posted the following day.
We offer free postage on all orders over £20.00. A set charge of £3.50 will apply to all UK orders less than this amount.
Where an item is out of stock, we will order the items as soon as possible for delivery to our premises and dispatch to you upon arrival to us.

Please note that we are unable to issue refunds or replacements until the goods have been “missing” for 15 working days as per Royal Mails delivery guidelines.

As royal Mail is not a courier service, we are unable to forward on any delivery notes/ requests.

Returns

We accept returns and will refund in full for any reason provided the product is returned as new, unused and unopened.

If your product is damaged when it arrives, a return is not always required if the issue is obvious. A photo may do in some cases.

All returns must be received by us no later than 14 days from the date you received them.
We will not cover the cost of returned items unless they are faulty and fall under our warranty period.

We will make the refund within 3 days of receiving the items back.

2) ORDERING GOODS AND OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU

a) All orders placed through our website will be subject to our acceptance of the order.

b) If we cannot accept your order. If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this by email and will not charge you for the product. This might be because the product is out of stock or because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product or because there is a safety issue or because we reasonably believe you are not aged over 18 years of age or resident in the UK.

c) When you submit an order to us on our website you will receive a confirmatory email of this order saying that we are processing your order. You should check the email for accuracy and let us know immediately if there are any errors. This email constitutes acceptance of the order by us. Your order will be accepted by us (and a contract will then be formed between us) when we despatch the goods to you. Title to the goods will pass to you on delivery.

d) We cannot sell some goods within the EU. Due to the Tobacco Products Directive (2014/40/EU) we cannot sell certain electronic cigarette products to consumers resident in countries of the EU. We are however able to sell all of our products to consumers resident in the UK and in non-EU countries. If we are unable to sell to you a certain product we’ll notify you of that during the check-out process.

e) For non UK residents. If you’re resident outside of the UK then it is your responsibility to ensure that the products that you order from us comply with the local laws that apply in your country and to take responsibility for importing the goods into your country. We will have no responsibility for products which are stopped at customs or which do not meet the legislation which applies in your country.

f) We only sell to people over 18. By law we cannot sell e-cigarettes or related products to anyone who is under 18 years of age. If we reasonably believe that you are not over 18 we reserve the right to require you to provide proof of your age before we fulfil your order.

3) PROVIDING THE PRODUCTS AND PAYMENT

a) Whilst it is our intention to keep our website up to date and error free, product description or pricing errors may occur. If we discover such an error after you have submitted an order to us, we will contact you prior to accepting your order with the correct details. You may then either cancel your order or re-confirm it based on the correct information. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order as cancelled.

b) Delivery charges will be as displayed to you on our website.

4) DELIVERY

a) Some postal addresses in Northern Ireland, some offshore islands and some remote areas of Great Britain may not be covered by our delivery services and we may not be able to arrange delivery of some items to such addresses. You will be notified of this when you place your order.

b) During the order process we will let you know when we will provide the products to you.

c) Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we are not responsible for delays outside our control. If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.

d) When we deliver your items to you, you may be asked to sign for the goods to acknowledge that you have received them.

e) If an item is faulty please contact us and we will arrange an appropriate resolution.

5) CANCELLING, EXCHANGING OR RETURNING A PRODUCT

a) You may cancel, return or exchange your order via email; info@pkvapes.com

b) You have the right to cancel your order at any time, up to 14 days after the day you receive it. But you must tell us straight away if you wish to do this.

c) You must take good care of the items while they’re in your possession; they must be returned to us in a sellable condition. It is your responsibility to return the items to us, or to arrange collection of larger items. This needs to be done promptly at your cost.

d) Please note that refunds can be expected to be processed between 3-5 working days after you have cancelled your order.

e) These regulations don’t apply to anything that has been personalised or to intimate, perishable or time-critical goods.

f) Please note that we are unable to accept any returned e-liquids that have been unsealed or used in any way, as this would constitute a health and safety risk due to hygiene purposes. If you fail to return the Goods in this manner, we may charge you the costs we incur in recovering the Goods from you (which may be substantial) or the stand-alone retail value of any missing or damaged items.

g) You must return the Goods by sending them to Returns Team, Unit33 Park Centre, Belfast, BT12 6HN, in some occasion at your cost. It is your responsibility to ensure that the Goods are received by us and we recommend using Special Delivery or Signed for services where appropriate.

h) You are entitled to examine any Goods ordered as you would in a shop. However, if you use the Goods, you may lose your right to cancel your purchase. We reserve the right to charge you for the value of any Goods returned which have been used or damaged whilst in your possession, up to the full cost price of the Goods.
